I'm Kayla, coming to you from the heart of Tennessee, where I was born and raised! I married my high school sweetheart in 2014, and together we’ve been blessed with a gorgeous daughter. When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me either embracing the great outdoors or deep-diving into a true crime documentary—I promise, I’m just a hobbyist sleuth!

My love for photography started in elementary school, thanks to a photography class that sparked a lifelong passion. Fast-forward to today, and I’m thrilled to be living my dream, capturing everything from senior portraits to newborn snapshots here in the Nashville area.

Curious about the name Willow Dean? It’s a sweet blend of family heritage. My beloved Southern grandmother is Wylodean, and my mom’s middle name is Dean. So when I had my little girl, I named her Willow in honor of these incredible women. To me, a name isn’t just a label—it’s a meaningful part of who you are. And that’s why Willow Dean Photography feels like the perfect fit for me: a tribute to the three most important ladies in my life.
